Lead Cabin Appearance Agent (Part-Time) (DEN) United Ground Express - 2.8 Denver, CO Job Details Part-time $20.79 an hour 5 days ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Paid time off Parental leave Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Professional development assistance Opportunities for advancement Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Computer operation Customer service Employee relationship building English Radio communication systems Driver's License Team management Quality data entry Full Job Description Lead Cabin Appearance Agent - $20.79/hr Key responsibilities Remove all trash from aircraft and clean and restock all lavatories and soiled magazines Clean aircraft floor, galley, all seats, seat back pockets, and tray tables Complete Daily Equipment Checks and associated checklists, including security searches Use personal protective equipment, including a face shield & hearing protection Manage the daily operation to ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly Provide direction, instruction and coaching to employees as needed Work closely with Dispatchers and Supervisors to ensure employee assignments are followed and completed correctly Effectively communicate with all hub services agents Ensure any injuries, incidents, accidents, and/or customer service issues are properly reported and processed Maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, managers, airline employees, and airport authorities Ensure the operation functions in a safe, caring, dependable and efficient manner at all times Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications and minimum requirements Minimum of 18 years old Must possess a valid state issued driver's license Excellent communication skills Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Ability to operate a computer/tablet to enter and retrieve data Must be willing and able to perform a variety of physical activities including, bending, stooping, climbing, and working in tight spaces Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment Must be able to read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tags Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal) per local requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Must be able to work during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays; mandatory overtime may be required based on operational need Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications What we provide Competitive benefits Competitive wages Earned Paid Time off Discounted travel for you and your immediate family Career advancement opportunities United Ground Express is an equal opportunity employer.
