POSITION TITLE
Night Shift Manager (
SOC Code:
41-1011, First-Line Supervisors of Retail Sales Workers)
POSITION DUTIES
Oversee night shift operations of both the gas station and the convenience store. Operate the cash register and handle fuel and retail transactions. Monitor fuel pumps and assist customers as needed. Restock shelves, coolers, and maintain store cleanliness. Perform nightly inventory checks and prepare shift reports. Ensure safety protocols and security procedures are followed. Handle emergency situations such as pump malfunctions or safety incidents. Lock and secure the premises at the end of shift (if applicable).
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Self-motivated and reliable to work independently. Comfortable working overnight hours. Non-smoker on job site.
