Job Description Manage day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. Lead all onsite activities including safety, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of work. Conduct daily site inspections and enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and municipal authorities. Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain project schedules and budgets. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to project management teams. Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and achieve successful client turnover. Proven experience managing ground-up gas station, QSR, or restaurant construction projects. Strong understanding of site development, utilities, concrete, steel, building envelope, and interior finishes. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules. Experience with national retail, restaurant, or fuel station clients is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures. Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Georgia and the Southeast region. Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and project reporting systems.
