• Watch our Cabin Cleaning Video here: https://youtu.be/l26pfax-7Cs Key Responsibilities Oversee and direct the basic and deep cleaning functions of all assigned commercial aircraft thoroughly and efficiently. Mentor, coach, train, and direct agents and leads. Ensure preparation of all cleaning supplies such as solvents, etc., for the cleaning of commercial aircraft as well as correct and conserve use of supplies. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is in working order and that all protective clothing is worn as instructed. Vacuum, sweep, dust, disinfect, and clean all areas of the aircraft. Ensure the replacement of blankets and pillows with clean ones based on individual customer request. Ensure that soiled linens are deposit into laundry bin. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are returned to designated storage area. Ensure daily planning of work assignment, lunches, and breaks. Communicate daily manpower to management. Liaise with appropriate airline representatives or airline operation. Inform management about delays, injuries, incident, overtime, or any other issues/problems. Ensure daily document filling and reporting. Conduct security searches, test, and audits. Ensure Menzies Aviation uniform standard and conduct is being followed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Possess and maintain valid US driver's license Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing to include drug testing and a physical Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must be comfortable lifting 70 lbs. repetitively Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Airports and Custom badges/seals Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays The job is done both in and outdoors which will require you to work in all weather conditions Must have high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Prior supervision and cabin cleaning experience a plus. Previous cabin cleaning experience preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to learn quickly Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to build relationships This position is offered by the company.
