Responsibilities:

Ambassador and Terminal Support monitors must assist and answer questions from all customers at the airport. Provide operational assistance to departments in the airport. Detect and report any issues with building conditions, broken equipment, etc. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Extremely outgoing individuals with great customer service and leadership skills. Must be able to read, write and communicate to all customers well Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply. SIDA Badge Must have reliable transportation Ability to stand or walk for long periods Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior High school diploma or GED equivalent

Physical Requirements:

This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift.

Officers must be able to:

Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1-2 miles per shift) Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds These physical requirements are essential to performing the job successfully.
