Commercial Airline Fueler Responsibilities:
The Commercial Airline Fueler is a self-starter responsible for the safe refueling of commercial aircraft and ensuring the quality of fuel in the Fuel Farm. Complete training for fire safety and other regulated requirements concerning fuel handling Maintain fuel capacities Expedite filling of fuel trucks Adherence to strict corporate and airline safety standards Perform other job-related duties as assigned Skills / Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical Reside in Maine and be able to commute to Portland Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in the English Language Possess a valid and current driver's license Attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Ability to take direction Problem-solving skills Able and willing to work outdoors in various temperatures/inclement weather conditions Meet lifting requirements up to 75lbs Physical activity requires walking, climbing, bending, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, stooping
