You will oversee daily operations, staff performance, merchandising, and financial results while upholding safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, and coaching associates; managing inventory, cash control, and loss prevention; delivering excellent customer service; and executing corporate pricing and promotional programs.
