Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Gas Station Manager with Liquor to lead our retail operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient store management, and seamless sales of fuel, convenience store products, and alcoholic beverages. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all aspects of store operations, including fuel sales, convenience store merchandise, and liquor sales. Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. Manage inventory control for all product categories, including liquor stock levels, ordering, receiving, and merchandising. Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and daily financial reconciliation. Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales and profitability. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, licensing requirements for alcohol sales, and health standards. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide training on operational procedures, and foster team collaboration. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Monitor store performance through sales data analysis and adjust strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, payroll processing, and manage operational budgets effectively. Experience Proven management experience in retail environments such as gas stations or grocery stores with a focus on retail sales management. Demonstrated supervisory skills with a track record of leading teams in fast-paced settings. Experience in inventory management, purchasing, merchandising, and stock control systems. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for financial transactions. Knowledge of liquor licensing laws and responsible alcohol sales practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities. Previous experience in recruiting, training staff on operational procedures, payroll processing, and employee orientation is preferred.
