As a store associate Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Engage in retail sales by promoting products and upselling items to enhance customer satisfaction. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately. Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers. Utilize basic math skills to ensure accurate pricing and change during transactions. Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. Keeping convenience store and gas station premises clean. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques is essential.
