Pecheles Ford Toyota is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Support Specialist to join our Service Department. This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, vehicle transportation, detailing, and lot organization to help keep our dealership running efficiently every day. What You'll Do As part of our Service Team, you'll help create an outstanding customer experience by: Safely transporting customers to and from their homes or businesses while their vehicles are being serviced. Maintaining a timely and efficient shuttle schedule. Assisting customers in and out of the shuttle vehicle. Communicating with the Service Department regarding shuttle schedules or delays. Inspecting and reporting maintenance needs for shuttle vehicles. Cleaning, detailing, and preparing new, used, and customer vehicles. Washing, waxing, vacuuming, and cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors. Inspecting vehicles to ensure they meet Pecheles quality standards. Moving vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas. Coordinating loaner vehicle check-in and check-out. Placing stock tags and buyer's guides in vehicles. Fueling vehicles as needed. Keeping dealership lots, driveways, sidewalks, and work areas clean and organized. Removing trash and debris from dealership grounds. Performing other duties as assigned to support daily dealership operations. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Friendly, professional, customer-first attitude. Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent time management skills. Attention to detail. Ability to follow directions and safety procedures. Detailing experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Typical schedule between 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (hours may vary based on business needs).
