As a Gas Attendant, you will handle daily retail transactions, assist customers with product information and demos, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the station. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during their fueling experience Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, and receipts with professionalism Assist customers with product demos, upselling relevant items such as snacks, beverages, or automotive accessories Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves and ensuring retail store products are well-organized and appealing Conduct merchandising activities to promote current specials or new products effectively Ensure safety protocols are followed during fueling operations and handle any customer inquiries or concerns with clear communication Perform basic math calculations for transactions and ensure the cash drawer balances at shift end Uphold phone etiquette when addressing customer questions or taking store-related calls Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and retail math for accurate transactions Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly explain products or services Knowledge of retail store product offerings and merchandising techniques to enhance sales opportunities Experience in product demos or upselling strategies to maximize sales potential Join us in delivering top-tier service while gaining valuable experience in retail operations!
