Gas Station Attendant

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Gas Station Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with fuel purchases and convenience store items. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, cash handling, and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Duties Greet customers warmly as they enter the gas station and provide assistance as needed. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and providing change to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station and convenience store area. Stock shelves and ensure that products are displayed attractively for customers. Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic retail math skills. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
