Reliable transportation is a must for both shifts other than public Trans. due to the fact that public trans. does not run in the area during the times needed to open or close the store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. Duties
- Stock and organize merchandise in the convenience store
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and offer additional services
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote products and services
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions
- Engage in retail sales activities within the gas station
- Apply retail math concepts for pricing and promotions Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in a friendly manner
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial
