VEHICLE SERVICE AGENT
Starting Pay:
$15/hr. with Bonus Potential and step increases at 6 months and 1 year of service About Us GSP Transportation, Inc is the largest Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty licensee in North America operating in over 35 on and off airport locations throughout Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. About This Role Join our Hertz Car Rental team! The Vehicle Service Agent is responsible for servicing and inspecting rental vehicles for customer use, transporting vehicles from servicing area to customer pick-up, maintaining gas logs on vehicles and maintaining cleanliness of work area. Must have evening shift, night shift and weekend availability.
Responsibilities include:
Clean and service rental vehicles for customer use Review inspection checklist to ensure vehicles are properly prepared Transport customers to and from the rental center as required Deliver vehicles to appropriate locations as directed Maintain service area, equipment, tools and cleaning supplies Maintain gas logs and other logs as requested by management Inspect and park cars as directed Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma (or equivalent) Valid driver's license & satisfactory motor vehicle report At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US Excellent attention to details Able to work all required shifts Willing to work outside in nearly all-weather conditions Strong time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner About Our Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees' health and wellbeing (based on eligibility requirements) including: Paid Time Off - 40 hours after 6 months and 120 hours of after 1 year Comprehensive Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Critical Illness and Accident Insurance Company-Paid Life and AD&D Insurance 401(k) with up to 4% company match Employee Assistance Program Holiday Pay Training and Development Equal Opportunity Employer GSP Transportation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
