Overview We are looking for an outgoing, high-energy individual to manage and grow our dealership accounts. You will be responsible for walking dealership lots daily, identifying rock chips on vehicles in service, used and new car inventory, and working with service advisors and managers to approve and perform the repairs on the spot. No prior auto glass experience is required- we will fully train you on chip repair technology. We need your drive, hustle, and personality. Responsibilities Walk assigned dealership lots daily to inspect inventory for windshield rock chips Build strong relationships with service managers, advisors, and customers to secure fast job approvals Perform high quality rock chip repairs using our professional injection equipment (training provided) Maintain precise tracking of invoices and completed repairs per dealership lot What we are looking for: Outstanding communication skills - you love talking to people and building rapport. High energy and a strong work ethic (you will be on your feet moving for 90% of the day) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in automotive detailing, valet, route sales, or retail customer service is a major plus Pay Base salary at $10 per hour plus $30 commission per repair Hours are 8AM-12PM Monday-Saturday base salary Must work Friday and every other

$200.00 - $900.00 per week
