Job Description

Hi there! We are currently hiring for a full time Gas Station Attendant position, this is for the morning shift during the weekdays. The shift time is 7am to 12pm. With potential for expanded hours. This position will require stocking drinks and lifting drink crates, frying food and attending to the customers. You will need to be able to pick up 20lbs and more. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest and over the age of 21. Shop Fast - Chevron is a family owned business. We treat all our employees as family member's. Our main responsibility is to ensure that we provide our employees with a work environment they feel safe and happy to work in.
Qualifications:
Need to have food handlers license, for frying food. Ability to stock items such as drinks, snacks etc. Prior work experience using a cash register. Basic math skills with the ability to add and subtract. Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED. A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
Acknowledge and greet customers Operate cash register, accept payment, and provide appropriate change to the customers Stock shelves, counters, or coolers with merchandise Frying food. Keep your area stocked, clean and sage Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift-Keep record of sales, credit card receipts, payouts and coupons Answer customer questions Additional details about the role: The dress code is casual. You will be provided a Chevron shirt to wear, outside of that please wear whatever you are most comfortable in. Many of our customers are regulars, we take pride in the fact that we are a neighborhood store.
