Responsibilities Perform overnight cleaning and maintenance services at gas stations and convenience stores Clean fuel pump areas, sidewalks, parking lots, building exteriors, and other designated areas Pressure wash concrete, sidewalks, curbs, pump islands, and other surfaces Remove dirt, grease, oil, gum, grime, and other contaminants Clean and maintain gas station trash areas, dumpster pads, and high-traffic areas Operate and maintain pressure washing and cleaning equipment Inspect work areas and identify areas requiring additional cleaning or maintenance Follow all safety procedures when working around fuel pumps, vehicles, chemicals, and equipment Properly handle and dispose of cleaning materials and waste Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle Provide professional and courteous service while working at customer locations Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Must be 21 years of age or older Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred) Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment Physical ability to lift 50-70 lbs and work in various weather conditions Good communication and time management skills Must pass a background check and DMV record check Must be able to work overnight Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance 401K PTO #KEPTHP
