In this energetic role, you will operate specialized vehicles to transport clients efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. Your positive attitude and professional driving skills will ensure each passenger feels comfortable, respected, and cared for throughout their journey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while honing your driving expertise. Duties Safely operate a vehicle to transport clients to medical appointments. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing support for those with mobility challenges or special needs. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle by conducting regular inspections and reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure secure transportation at all times. Communicate clearly with dispatchers, clients, and team members using effective verbal skills to coordinate schedules and address any concerns during transit. Manage heavy lifting when assisting passengers with mobility devices or luggage while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage logs, and passenger details in compliance with regulatory standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with passengers, answering questions politely, and creating a welcoming environment. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report maintenance needs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
