Immediate Need Job Summary We are seeking an IT Warehouse Logistics Technician / Driver to support IT warehouse operations, asset management, hardware staging, and delivery across Southern California. The role combines IT logistics, driving, inventory management, endpoint deployment, and basic deskside support. The technician will report daily to the Irvine warehouse, load a company vehicle, deliver IT equipment to SCE/client locations, and assist with warehouse operations upon return. Key Responsibilities Drive company vehicle and deliver IT equipment throughout Southern California. Receive, track, organize, and maintain IT hardware inventory. Perform imaging, staging, configuration, and kitting of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Pack and ship equipment and maintain chain-of-custody documentation. Process returned hardware, secure data wiping, and IT asset disposition. Manage ITSM tickets and meet SLA requirements. Support hardware refreshes, new hires, break/fix, IMAC, and deployment projects. Provide basic deskside/remote-site support as needed. Required Qualifications Must be based in Orange County, CA. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of IT warehouse, logistics, asset management, or hardware deployment experience. Experience with inventory/asset tracking systems and Windows endpoint deployments. Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills. Preferred 3-7 years of IT warehouse/logistics experience. Experience with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM. Knowledge of NIST 800-88 and secure data destruction. CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar certification. Managed services experience.

Work Environment:

Fully onsite warehouse/field role with frequent local driving, equipment handling, and lifting.
