Job Overview Join our dynamic delivery team as an Amazon Delivery Helper! In this energetic role, you will be a vital part of ensuring packages reach customers efficiently and safely. Whether you're experienced in warehouse operations or new to delivery driving, your contribution will make a real difference every day. Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading packages using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Safely load packages into delivery vehicles, including box trucks and personal vehicles, adhering to weight handling and safe lifting practices Drive route vehicles while following all traffic regulations, ensuring timely deliveries to customers' doorsteps Use mobile devices for route navigation, package scanning, and delivery confirmation Load and unload packages at distribution centers or warehouses, supporting warehouse operations and material handling tasks Provide excellent customer service by delivering packages courteously and professionally Experience Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Experience in commercial driving, especially with box trucks or personal vehicles used for deliveries Delivery driver experience with a focus on adhering to traffic laws and safety standards Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles is a plus but not required; training will be provided if needed Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely in accordance with workplace safety guidelines Comfortable operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar devices Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Join us in delivering smiles!
