Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe transportation at all times. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, healthcare facilities, and passengers to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly. Handle heavy lifting when assisting passengers with mobility devices, ensuring safety for both passengers and yourself. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance logs as required. Skills Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and defensive driving techniques. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while assisting passengers or handling equipment. Basic vehicle maintenance skills to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety standards are met.
