FULL TIME DRIVER/ GENERAL HELPER

to work Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. (40 hours per week) This individual will use a company truck to pick up and deliver products to our customers and vendors. When not driving, this position will assist in the shop where needed. Job Description Drive the company truck for daily pick-ups and deliveries Load and unload parts safely Prepare orders for delivery Move heavy or bulky items inside the warehouse and at customer locations Stay in good communication with dispatch throughout the day Give friendly, professional customer service at every delivery stop Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow all safety rules and company procedures at all times Keep the truck and work area clean and organized Help out with any other shop tasks as needed Requirements Current California Driver's License Must be over 18 years old At least 2 years of driving experience Clean driving record •must bring a clean DMV printout to the interview •Good driving skills and safe driving etiquette Ability to follow route instructions and use road maps to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient time management Ability to lift 40 pounds. Ability to follow all driving rules and regulations Friendly and pleasant attitude with customers and co-workers Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality Previous work experience as a driver is preferred

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
