- Embrace Change Who we are looking for: Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, consistent scheduling, and making a meaningful difference in patient care? We're seeking a dependable, patient-centered Full-Time Field Technician to support our team by delivering, installing, and demonstrating durable medical equipment (DME) to patients in their homes and healthcare facilities. What You'll Do
- Deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment such as oxygen, hospital beds, mobility aids, and related supplies.
- Educate patients and caregivers on the safe and proper use of equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is clean, properly functioning, and compliant with company standards.
- Document deliveries, service activities, and patient interactions accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate presence while working in homes and healthcare settings.
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and respond to urgent service needs as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working in patient homes and healthcare environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to manage a consistent full-time schedule and meet productivity expectations. Requirements Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous DME or healthcare-related field experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person. What We Offer
