To better meet the needs of the community, we offer both non-emergency medical transportation and private transportation. Essential Job Functions ➤ Transportation of clients to and from Medical Appointments Manage trips to ensure perfect punctuality Make courtesy calls to clients prior to arrivals Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and team members effectively. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor. Experience in commercial driving or related fields such as bus driving, shuttle driving, or limousine services is preferred. Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and physical stamina to perform job duties effectively. A commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism at all times. Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Communicate effectively with other emergency personnel and healthcare providers during patient handoff. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all medical equipment and vehicles. Requirements ➤ Must be 25 years or older Clean driving record Prior transportation experience is a must Must have or be willing to pass a defensive driving course
