Role:
JSAN Consulting, Inc. Supports depot operations for a leading autonomous vehicle (AV) technology company in Denver, CO. We're hiring an AV Depot Operator to prepare, maintain, and move AV fleet vehicles in support of daily mission operations. This is a hands-on, safety-focused role for someone comfortable working around vehicles and technology in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up and stage AV fleet vehicles for daily missions, including powering on systems and mounting required equipment Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to fleet cleanliness standards between shifts and missions Support sensor calibration procedures as needed, following documented steps and escalating issues to Fleet Managers or AV Operations Managers (AVOMs) Drive fleet vehicles to and from colocation (colo) sites, service centers, or other depot locations as required Perform routine vehicle inspections and report mechanical, sensor, or safety issues promptly Maintain accurate shift logs, inspection records, and mission-readiness documentation Follow all depot safety protocols, including the site Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Health & Safety Plan Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to the assigned shift schedule
Requirements:
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening, and to comply with ongoing drug-free workplace requirements Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs, and to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfort using tablets, mobile apps, and digital checklists for inspections and logging Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Prior experience in automotive detailing, valet, fleet operations, or a similar hands-on role is a plus, but not required Must be legally authorized to work in the
United States Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
