Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dependable Moving Drivers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting household and commercial items, assisting with loading and unloading, and ensuring a smooth moving experience for our customers. Duties Safely operate various types of delivery vehicles, including box trucks, vans, and personal vehicles for moving purposes Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks Follow established routes while adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) safety standards Assist customers with the loading, securing, and unloading of belongings to ensure safe transport Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and route logs using mobile devices or onboard systems Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company policies Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and dispatchers to coordinate timely deliveries and pickups Requirements Proven experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or moving services Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial truck driving or van driving preferred Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and moving bulky items safely Knowledge of traffic regulations, DOT regulations, and safe lifting practices Experience with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or dollies is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently while following safety protocols and route instructions Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing schedules Join us as a Moving Driver if you're passionate about delivering excellent service while keeping safety at the forefront!
