We set out to achieve this by offering our clientele the most reliable and safe rides around town, while paying personal attention to their needs throughout the entire trip. We are happy to provide you a rapidly growing Fleet of vehicles and professionally trained drivers who are able to get you to your destination with ease and dependability. Job Tasks include but not limited to: Safely operate non-emergency medical transport vehicles including ambulatory minivans, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Assist passengers with care boarding and exiting vehicles, providing courteous customer service and ensuring their comfort throughout the trip Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals at medical facilities while managing traffic conditions and road closures Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle safety and reliability Maintain accurate logs of trips, passenger details, mileage, and fuel usage in compliance with company policies and regulations Assisting passengers with entering/exiting the van as needed on case by case basis Communicate effectively with dispatchers Candidates should : Have experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or limousine services with a strong focus on customer service Have a valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record (no suspensions in last five years) Have great communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members Have exceptional time management skills Have knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance procedures relevant to commercial driving Have experience in non-emergency transportation services is a plus but not required Have valid Defensive driving and PASS certifications Have the ability to pass background check and drug test CPR and First Aid/BLS Certification Be at least 23yrs or older
