Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to designated locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic regulations. Responsibilities Safely operate wheelchair converted vans and properly use their safety equipment. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at specified locations. Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle by performing regular inspections and basic maintenance. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and safely reaching destinations. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption. Willing to properly wear respiratory mask if requested by a facility, passenger, or regulatory body Requirements Must pass pre-employment drug screening Must have Valid Class D chauffeur's license or obtain prior to driving Must submit to MVR and National Background Check and pass Must pass CPR/First Aid training or already possess valid certificate Excellent driving record with no major violations Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with passengers. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading, unloading, and assisting passengers. Strong digital literacy and proficiency to complete online portions of training and use Apps for daily responsibilities. Previous experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, limousine driver, or shuttle driver is a plus.
