Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and goods while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude while ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers.

Being open to transport in different counties. Duties Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including vans, buses, and shuttles, to transport passengers to their destinations. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine inspections and necessary maintenance checks. Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information regarding routes, schedules, and any potential delays. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including heavy lifting when necessary. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Document daily activities, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport. Experience Previous experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, or paratransit services is preferred. Familiarity with maintaining vehicles and performing basic troubleshooting is a plus. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with passengers. Experience in customer service roles will be beneficial in enhancing the passenger experience. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to handle heavy lifting as needed during passenger assistance.
