EXPERIENCE MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION DRIVER ONLY
" Join our dynamic team as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver, where you will play a vital role in providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services for patients requiring non-emergency medical care. Your energetic and professional approach will ensure passengers arrive comfortably and on time, supporting their health and well-being. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community while utilizing your driving expertise and excellent customer service skills. Duties Safely operate various vehicles including shuttle buses, limousines, and paratransit vans to transport patients to medical appointments, hospitals, and other destinations. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the journey. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during every trip. Communicate clearly with dispatchers, healthcare facilities, and passengers to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly. Handle heavy lifting when assisting passengers with mobility devices or luggage while maintaining a respectful and caring attitude. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition reports for operational efficiency. Skills Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or limousine service with a strong focus on safety and customer care. Familiarity with paratransit services, heavy lifting techniques, and commercial driving regulations. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with diverse passengers and team members. Strong knowledge of driving routes, traffic patterns, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., driver license or equivalent), with a clean driving record.
