As a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground, we're looking for full-time delivery drivers based out of the Pittsburg, KS terminal, serving Northeast Oklahoma and Southeast Kansas. We're looking for dependable drivers who value safety, professionalism, and great customer service. Whether you have prior delivery experience or are just starting out, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What We Offer:

Consistent full-time schedule (5 days a week, 6 during peak/holiday season)

Pay:

$17.50/hour 1 week paid time off after 1 year (accrued until then) Health insurance available after 60 days (McAllister Delivery pays 50% of your premium) Referral program

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a FedEx delivery truck Deliver packages to homes and businesses on your assigned route Load/unload, inspect, and operate your vehicle daily Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and route schedules Provide excellent customer service while representing

McAllister Delivery Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license with a clean record (KS/OK license acceptable; MO applicants need Class E) Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check (7 years), and drug screen (including marijuana/THC) Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with assistance Comfortable driving in all weather conditions
