Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, conduct inspections, and ensure all vehicles comply with state transportation regulations and safety standards. Develop and implement driver training programs focusing on customer service, passenger safety, manual handling, and proper vehicle operation. Monitor GPS navigation systems to optimize routes for local driving routes and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, shuttle driver, or in roles involving passenger vehicle operation with a focus on medical transportation or paratransit services.
