Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmission to deliver products across designated routes. Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during delivery appointments. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and route records for accountability. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met. Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory, organizing stock, and supporting team members as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar vehicles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving heavy vehicles or trucks is highly desirable. Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and warehouse operations. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely and efficiently. Familiarity with forklift operation, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
