Job Description

Responsibilities Safely operate a company non-CDL delivery vehicle for local deliveries and pickups Load, secure, transport, and unload materials and finished products Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules while providing reliable, on-time service Verify orders, quantities, and shipping documents before leaving the facility Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding deliveries, pickups, and order issues Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against documentation Weigh, organize, package, and prepare materials for shipment Process shipments through UPS, FedEx, and other carriers Accurately close jobs in the ERP system and generate packing slips Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, delivery, and vehicle records Assist with general shipping and receiving duties as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license and good driving record Previous experience driving for deliveries, pickups, route service, or a similar position preferred Previous shipping and receiving experience Knowledge of metals and/or precious metals preferred Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Experience with UPS, FedEx shipping systems and ERP software required Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Dependable, safety-conscious, and customer-service oriented Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Hours are: Monday through Friday - 7am to 3:30pm The pay is $22.00 an hour Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401K with matching Voluntary term life insurance Voluntary accidental insurance Paid time off
