South Mountain Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented CNA1 Transportation Driver to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for safely transporting our residents to and from medical appointments, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey. Responsibilities:

Safely transport wheelchair-bound patients, as well as ambulatory patients and those requiring assistance, to and from medical appointments and other destinations Provide exceptional care and attention to detail while transporting residents, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times Effectively communicate with the clinical team and residents' families to ensure smooth transfers and updates Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols Be self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn and grow with our company

Requirements:

Current CNA1 certification Valid driver's license CPR certified or willing to obtain Ability to work dayshift hours with flexibility for appointment times Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
