About Us:
Rover 3PL is a leading national courier company specializing in time-sensitive medical and pharmaceutical deliveries. We're seeking professional, reliable independent contractors for scheduled route deliveries within 40 - 70 mile territories from Columbia, MD to East and South to
Solomons Island, MD Positions Available:
Medical Delivery Driver, 1099/contractor Deliveries begin 9/28/2026 with training 1-2 days prior 1PM and 6PM Routes Monday thru Friday. Saturday/Sunday 4PM. On demand 24/7
Flexible Options:
Consistent daily routes with predictable income Consistent route assignments Premium pay for emergency deliveries Quick response time required (30 minutes or less for STATS)
Essential Requirements:
Must be 21+ years old Own a reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle (no larger than a sedan) Clean driving record (3-year MVR check required) Must pass background check and drug screening Smartphone with reliable data plan Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Must maintain required insurance coverage
What You'll Do:
Deliver time-sensitive pharmaceuticals Follow established routes using provided navigation software Maintain proper documentation for deliveries Provide exceptional customer service Handle temperature-sensitive items following strict protocols Communicate effectively with dispatch team Why Choose Rover 3

Important Notes:
This is an independent contractor position, not employment Contractors are responsible for vehicle expenses and self-employment taxes Background check fee ($70 advanced by company)
