Applicants must live within 25 miles of Baxter Home Daily Full-Time Duties Job Responsibilities As a Medical Equipment Delivery Technician, you'll help patients receive the equipment they need while providing outstanding customer service and support throughout the delivery process.
Responsibilities include:
Deliver, install, and set up medical equipment in patients' homes Demonstrate the proper operation and basic maintenance of medical equipment Educate patients and caregivers on safe equipment use Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and over the phone Complete delivery paperwork and documentation accurately and on time Safely operate a company vehicle (or personal vehicle when required with mileage reimbursement) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle Assist with scheduling, patient intake, and other administrative support as needed Follow all healthcare regulations, company policies, and safety procedures Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Home Daily On-call rotation: One week every third week Qualifications Qualifications We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy helping others and take pride in providing excellent customer service. Required Qualifications Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to safely lift and move up to 65 pounds Successfully pass a background check Ability to complete healthcare credentialing requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and safety-focused work ethic Preferred Qualifications The following experience is helpful but not required: Delivery driving Customer service Medical equipment delivery Healthcare or patient care experience We are willing to train motivated candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
