What You'll Do:

Collaborate with hospital case managers, nurses, physicians, and discharge planners to coordinate patient care Ensure timely delivery, setup, and education on respiratory and DME equipment Verify insurance, complete referral documentation, and maintain accurate patient records Support emergency equipment requests and troubleshoot issues Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with standards Provide in-service education and CEU presentations Travel to patient homes for equipment setup and follow-up using a company vehicle

What You Need:

Required:

High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 65 pounds Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic documentation systems

Preferred:
