Assist the Nursing Department by scheduling outside appointments for clients to health care providers as directed. Transport and escort clients to the appointments safely and timely. Ensure the Nursing Department is informed of recommendations of health providers. Acts as a liaison between the facility and outside health provider's. Provide supervision and training to the client's including training in health programs. Assist the Nursing Department to ensure smooth operation of department and facility. Follow all established Federal, State and facility policies/rules/regulations. #LRSJ
