Patient Service Technician Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Day Shift (Weekends may be required based on client needs) Job Summary Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Patient Service Technician to join a growing team. In this role, you will deliver oxygen and home medical equipment to patients, provide equipment setup and instruction, perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs, and ensure excellent customer service. This position requires driving to residences and healthcare facilities in various weather conditions while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards. Responsibilities Drive company delivery vehicle to patient residences and healthcare facilities in various weather conditions. Deliver, set up, and demonstrate the proper use of oxygen and home medical equipment. Assemble, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair durable medical equipment and respiratory equipment. Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Adhere to company driving policies and Department of Transportation regulations. Perform preventive maintenance and equipment calibration as assigned. Report equipment malfunctions and issues to appropriate staff. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and emergency service requests. Assist with dispatch responsibilities as needed. Follow infection control policies, safety procedures, and universal precautions. Clean and sanitize equipment according to company standards. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to safely lift and move medical equipment Preferred Previous experience with durable medical equipment (DME), respiratory equipment, home healthcare, delivery services, or a related field Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, and move equipment Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, bend, squat, and reach throughout the workday Comfortable driving for extended periods in varying weather conditions Occasional exposure to blood and bodily fluids while following appropriate safety protocols Benefits Competitive pay: $18-$20 per hour Full-time, stable employment Monday-Friday schedule Opportunities for growth and advancement Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance #1078
