Job Overview We are offering a Sign On Bonus of $1000.00, payable at $500.00 at your 90 day (early Christmas bonus) and $500.00 at your 180 day. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Med Staff to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care at our Assisted Living Facility. Your expertise will support residents with diverse needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring medical and personal care. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding the highest standards of healthcare compliance and confidentiality. Duties Deliver comprehensive patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, mobility support, and personal hygiene. Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders while maintaining detailed medical documentation. Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to assess patient health status regularly. Support residents with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and hospice support. Operate Electronic Health Record (MAR) systems to ensure precise medical records management. Conduct manual handling tasks safely during patient transfers or heavy lifting activities in compliance with safety protocols. Recognize signs of medical emergencies; perform CPR or first aid when necessary and coordinate with emergency responders promptly. Maintain a safe environment by following state healthcare regulations and practicing proper infection control procedures. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Experience :
Valid license from the State Board of Nursing or relevant healthcare authority; current CPR and First Aid certifications is preferred but Will Train on the Job.
