Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dependable Delivery Drivers and Helpers to join our dynamic logistics team! In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our valued customers, ensuring timely, safe, and professional delivery of goods. Whether operating a box truck or assisting with loading and unloading, your enthusiasm and commitment will help us deliver exceptional service every day. Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles including box trucks for local deliveries. Load, unload, and secure goods using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as hand trucks or dollies. Follow established routes efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Provide excellent customer service by delivering items accurately and professionally, addressing customer questions courteously. Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes, including manuallay handling tasks. Use mobile devices to document deliveries, update logs, and communicate with dispatch teams in real-time. Maintain safe lifting practices during heavy lifting tasks to prevent injuries and ensure workplace safety. Requirements Prior delivery driver experience or warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving or operating a box truck is a plus. Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles and use material handling equipment such as hand trucks or dollies. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, moving items, and manual handling tasks throughout the shift. Knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safe driving practices essential for route driving. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.
