D-POM, LLC
is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and professional Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver to safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, treatment centers, adult day programs, community-based services, and other approved destinations. The NEMT Driver plays a vital role in ensuring clients receive timely and dependable transportation while maintaining the highest standards of safety, customer service, confidentiality, and professionalism. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from scheduled destinations. Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles. Secure wheelchairs and mobility devices using approved procedures. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain transportation logs, trip sheets, and mileage records. Provide respectful and professional customer service. Comply with HIPAA, company policies, and transportation regulations. Required Qualifications Valid driver license with clean driving record. Minimum age 21. Ability to pass background and drug screening. CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain. Ability to operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles (when applicable). Physical Requirements Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Assist passengers with mobility needs. Work in varying weather conditions.
