Driver Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and professional Driver to support local deliveries throughout the Tri-State area, with occasional out-of-state routes as business needs require. The Driver will be responsible for transporting products safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining professional communication with customers, dispatch, and internal teams. Responsibilities Complete local deliveries throughout the Tri-State area and occasional out-of-state deliveries. Load, secure, transport, and unload products safely and efficiently. Follow assigned routes, delivery schedules, and dispatcher instructions. Inspect the vehicle before and after each route and report maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain accurate delivery records, paperwork, data loggers, and customer confirmations. Communicate with customers, receiving teams, dispatch, and management regarding delivery status, delays, or issues. Follow all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and applicable transportation regulations. Represent the company professionally at all pickup and delivery locations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle and delivery area. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record. Previous delivery, logistics, courier, warehouse, or transportation experience preferred. Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle on local roads and highways and in varying weather conditions. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and complete routes with minimal supervision. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, load, and unload products as needed. Professional communication and customer-service skills. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Flexibility to accommodate changing delivery priorities and schedules. Schedule & Travel Primary routes are local deliveries throughout the Tri-State area. Occasional out-of-state travel may be required based on customer needs and business demand. Start times, route lengths, and daily stop volumes may vary. Out-of-state trips are compensated at double-time pay. Flexibility is expected to support changing delivery priorities. Working Conditions Extended periods of driving with multiple delivery stops throughout the day. Frequent loading, unloading, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of delivery materials. Work may take place in varying weather, traffic, and customer-site conditions. Safety, accuracy, dependability, and professional conduct are essential.
