Job Description

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Vehicle Intake Associate for Atlantic Ambulance located in Livingston, NJ to work varied evening hours including weekends as required by department.
Essential Job Functions:
Receive AAC vehicles returning from the field and obtain end-of-shift vehicle report from off­ going field staff, to include potential vehicle issues, equipment problems, and/or re-stocking needs. Re-stock medical supplies in vehicles, check vehicles for equipment readiness, check vehicles for damage or maintenance issues. Maintain an accurate record of vehicle intake activities; report any unresolved vehicle deficiencies to the Support Services Coordinator promptly. Assist with stockroom inventory, maintenance of par levels, and material handling. Perform vehicle detailing for AAC fleet vehicles as needed. Work independently to complete interior and exterior cleaning of fleet vehicles; including upholstery, floors, all work surfaces, medical cabinetry, etc. Maintain a safe and clean work area; follow safe handling procedures for all cleaning products; use universal precautions when cleaning areas at risk for exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Work collaboratively with the Support Services team to maintain the AAC vehicle fleet, and related equipment, in a continuous state of readiness to meet the company's operational needs. Work effectively and relate well with others, including supervisors, colleagues, and internal and external customers. Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and maintain constructive working relationships. Assist the Support Services Manager with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Valid NJ Driver's License free of restriction Must be able to lift minimum 45 1bs
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
License/Certification:
• CPR/First Aid Certified or agree to get CPR/First Aid Certified within 60 days of hire date
Relevant Experience:
1+ year of prior experience preferred Ability to use PC's and other relevant technology Must be able to follow direction and use critical thinking
