Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Medical Transport Driver to join our team. The Medical Transport Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers to their destinations. Duties Safety operate a medical transportation van, to transport passengers to and from medical related appointments. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Follow basic instructions to navigate to specified locations following a strict time schedule. Provide excellent customer service to passengers during transportation. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle. Assist passengers with boarding, exiting the vehicle, and entering into buildings as needed. To include safety operating a wheel chair lift. Requirements Previous experience as a medical transportation driver is preferred Familiarity with commercial driving practices and regulations Excellent customer service skills Ability to maintain a clean driving record Valid Class C driver's license with passenger endorsement is required Clean driving record is required CPR Certification is required Current DOT physical is required Employer assistance available to obtain CPR certification, and obtain a current DOT Physical.
