Drivers will use their personal vehicle to assist individuals traveling to medical appointments, employment, day programs, community activities, and essential errands. This position supports independence, community inclusion, and safe access to services throughout Northeast Ohio. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide safe and reliable transportation to scheduled destinations Assist individuals entering and exiting the vehicle when needed Ensure all passengers are properly secured with seat belts Maintain respectful, professional interaction with individuals served Follow assigned schedules and approved transportation routes Communicate delays, incidents, or concerns to Serenity Care Services management Complete required trip documentation and mileage logs Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns Follow all Serenity Care Services policies and Ohio Medicaid transportation guidelines Service Coverage Areas Drivers must be able to provide transportation within: Cuyahoga County (Cleveland and surrounding areas) Occasional travel between counties may be required.
