Guiding Foundation Support Services is seeking a dedicated and motivated DSP Team Lead to oversee daily operations in a residential home for individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include staff scheduling and training, ensuring services align with client care plans, and coordinating medical appointments and medication management in collaboration with the House Manager. Candidates must be organized, compassionate, and flexible, with a valid driver's license (no more than 6 points), current auto insurance, a high school diploma, and relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, well-spoken, compassionate, honest, and able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the clients we serve. Also must have a valid driver licenses with no more than 6 points, valid car insurance, a high school diploma, and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
