In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services to patients traveling to medical appointments, dialysis treatments, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare destinations throughout Ohio. No prior NEMT experience is required but is a plus. We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully prepared for the role. All required training expenses will be covered by the company, including CPR certification, First Aid certification, passenger assistance training, wheelchair securement training, and industry-recognized driver assistance programs such as PASS and DRIVE certifications. Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with passengers, caregivers, and dispatch. Maintain a clean vehicle and respond appropriately to emergencies using provided training.
