In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients to and from various destinations, ensuring a comfortable, timely, and courteous experience. Responsibilities Safely operate a variety of vehicles including shuttle buses, limousines, paratransit vans, and delivery trucks to transport clients efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and addressing any special needs or requests. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicles to ensure safety and comfort for all passengers. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to guarantee secure transportation at all times. Communicate clearly with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules and relay important information. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to identify any mechanical issues or safety concerns before each shift. Assist with loading and unloading heavy items when necessary, demonstrating physical stamina and attention to detail. Requirements Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles such as limousine or school bus driving. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., Commercial Driver's License if required). Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting when loading or unloading items safely. Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Experience with paratransit services or specialized transportation is a plus. Reliable work ethic with excellent punctuality and attention to detail.
